Not only can REM design your system, we offer a complete turnkey solution. Once your system is up and running, your building is plugged into our award winning REM bureau.
Building Optimisation
REM plug your buildings into our Remote Environmental Monitoring bureau. Once your building is plugged in, we continually monitor your building usage, energy load, HVAC performance, active faults and onsite system interaction.
Once we understand your building profile, REM will offer advice on how to save energy without compromising your building environmental conditions.
Our recommendations can be quick wins to complete fully costed energy optimisation proposals in preparation for FD evaluation.
How do we "plug in"? We use your onsite BMS via our REM LINK to pull data back into our systems via a secure connection. If no BMS is available we generally install our REM LINK BMS to provide the required data.
